These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way. Konica Minolta Printing Solutions Asia reserves the right to change any part of this promotion without notice. By purchasing one of the Eligible Products listed below between 01/04/07 and 30/06/07 you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.

CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF ENTRY FORMS

All entries must be received by midnight of 07/07/07. Any entry received after this date will be judged as void.

    PROCEDURE
    All entries must include the following information. Any entry not completed fully will not be recognised.

    • Name, address and contact details
    • Date of Purchase
    • Serial number

    All entries require a suitable proof of purchase.

    The last day for your completed entry form and a copy of your receipt or reseller's paid tax invoice to arrive at Konica Minolta is midnight on 07th of July 2007.

    For purchase done through any rental arrangement, please supply a copy of the rental agreement along with other required documents above.


    EXCEPTIONS
    This promotion is not open to any employee or contractor to Konica Minolta, any agency or immediate Family Member of any such employee or contractor.

    Konca Minolta will reject an entry from any person who is ineligible to enter this promotion.


    FURTHER CONDITIONS
    Entrants should allow up to 4 weeks after the close of the promotion for delivery of their reward.

    An entry will become invalid if an entrant subsequently returns an Eligible Printer to Konica Minolta or the reseller, other than for the purpose of a legitimate warranty claim.

    Konica Minolta will not enter any correspondence or discussion relating to the outcome of this promotion.


    EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
    To the full extent permitted by law, Konica Minolta is not liable for any loss, including but not limited to alleged consequential economic loss, by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by Konica Minolta, or its servants or agents, in connection with this Promotion or the supply of any reward.

    This clause does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws.

    To the maximum extent permitted by such laws, Konica Minolta's liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying a reward where necessary.


    MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
    If Konica Minolta cannot conduct this Promotion as indicated in these conditions, for any reason including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its control that affects the proper conduct of this Promotion, Konica Minolta reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

    Konica Minolta is not responsible for:

    1. Any accidental omission, deletion, loss or destruction of an entry.
    2. Any unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
    3. Any technical malfunction or failure of any network, communication lines, computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software which results in an entry not being received within the time limits of the Promotion; and
    4. Any damage to an entrants or other person's computer system or software arising from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials relating to it.
    5. A reward being lost, stolen, misdirected, destroyed or damaged in transit to the entrant.
