How to claim your bonuses:

  2. Fill out information below and attach scanned copy of the receipt(s) for the printer. (max. 2MB)

  • Note: Note: For purchases done through any rental arrangement, please supply a scanned copy of the rental agreement along with other required documents.
  • Claims are only valid if they are received before 4th January 2008.
