How to claim your extra warranty:

1. Purchase Konica Minolta Color laser printer –mc5430DL and entitle for “ a year” free CMY toners supplies, valid till 28 Feb 05.

2. Simply complete the standard warranty card and send it back with a copy of the receipt for the printer.

3. Call Konica Minolta Printing Solutions 6735 8466 or email us : jpoh@bpa.konicaminolta.com.sg, aho@bpa.konicaminolta.com.sg for the FREE toners CMY only when the color toner is running low and within 1 year from the date of purchase.  Customer has to quote us the serial number of the Printer when call in/email for request.  Konica Minolta will deliver 1 set (CMY toner, 3pcs) per request upon verifying.

4. Customer has to return empty color toner to Konica Minolta upon receiving the new set of CMY toners.

5. Send the card and the receipt before 15 March 05 to:
